When 2021 began, we had no idea what our travel plans would look like later in the year. Luckily, after getting vaccinated in April, we were able to jump back into travel and enjoy a ton of great trips over the course of 2021.

Just after Christmas we headed off to Philadelphia to spend the week between Christmas and New Years relaxing and working from the east coast.
For this trip, we left Sam at home and I traveled to Las Vegas with my mom.
Our Travel Thanksgiving tradition continues! We left Milwaukee on Thanksgiving morning to make our way out to Seattle for the week.
This trip was very much a last minute decision, but we ended up having a great week relaxing in southern California.
Our trip to Austin, Texas was split into two parts. During the first half of the week, Sam and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Austin just across the river from downtown Austin, where we spent our time working from the hotel and exploring a bit of the city. During the second half of the trip, we met up with friends and moved to a hotel near the airport to watch the F1 United States Grand Prix taking place at the Circuit of the Americas that weekend.
We decided to take engagement photos and celebrate our engagement in Washington D.C., the first place we had visited as a couple back in 2018 and a city we both love spending time in.
During this trip to Chicago we had a surprising room upgrade, spent a relaxing morning at Navy Pier, and ate lots and lots of Nando’s.
The highlight of our quick weekend trip to Madison was an Indian feast at Swad.
Our California road trip brought us from Yosemite Valley to Monterrey by the coast and finally the city of San Francisco.
