Our trip to New York City was a quick one, with just about a day and a half to spend in the city. We were able to enjoy the NYC Pride Parade and the new Harry Potter NYC store, as well as some delicious food!
In June 2021, we took quick weekend trip out to St. Louis to spend a day at Six Flags St. Louis. This was one of our quickest trips yet, with us back to Milwaukee in less than 48 hours.
Our big return to travel post-pandemic was our trip out west, which we referred to as our “Wild West Drivin’ Quest.” This trip brought us to South Dakota, Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and Utah before we flew home from Denver, Colorado.

Our only non-Philadelphia road trip in 2020 was to St. Louis, Missouri. We were able to book a hotel just next to The Arch and find a few ways to safely explore the city during the pandemic.
While the actual purpose of this trip was to visit the doctor in Philadelphia, we were able to enjoy a nice long weekend exploring some of the neighborhoods surrounding Philadelphia prior to the appointment.
