We took a quick three night Caribbean cruise out of Miami with a goal to just relax and hang out on the ship. I was scheduled to get Lasik surgery about a week later, so it was a nice getaway before the surgery.

After getting off the ship in Miami, we took the Brightline train up to Orlando and attended an after hours event at Magic Kingdom. We had access to the park starting at around 7 pm until 1 am and were able to watch two separate fireworks shows (the actual night time show and a special fireworks show just for the event) and ride nearly anything in the park with very little wait. They gave us free Mickey ice cream bars and other snacks as well. It was a fun night, and one of our favorite ways to visit Magic Kingdom!
